1. The tensile stress on the material increases, and the tendency of the stamping parts to flip and twist increases. When flipping occurs, the punching size will tend to be smaller. 2. If the end is repaired with a bevel or arc, the punching part is prone to flipping and defamation due to the relief of the punching force, so the punching size will tend to be larger. When the end of the punch is flat (no bevel or arc), the punching size will tend to be relatively smaller.

3. The burrs of the punching parts during punching need to be repaired, and pay attention to whether the punching clearance is reasonable. The instability of stamping parts during bending is caused by this.
